Cell 317

Cell 317 is the Antiswarm group containing Erasmas and many of the novel's central characters which is assigned the duty of attacking the Daban Urnud. Because of the presence of Fraa Jad, an Incanter, members of Cell 317 experience different Narratives during the Battle of the Daban Urnud from each other and from most people on Arbre. 317 is an interesting number, an Eisentstein prime.
